Hi Everybody!
So for the past few weeks some discourse has been going on. For the most part I have stood aside and watched as people ranted and raved, about what is for the most part Irrelevant.
Now I know many of you know my position on Trolling. I feel that as long as its all in good fun, then theres no problem with it. However Trolling has an Ebb and a Flow. In short raging and anti raging and then doing drastic things over and over again serves no purpose.
So you may be asking yourself what that means: Basically Going over the same nonsense for weeks on end gets you absolutely no where.
As such I will make a few points that will happen.
First to deal with the whole who is in the clan and who isn't in the clan nonsense.
For a long time we had a "Honorable Member" kinda thing going on. However an Honorable Member is not the same thing as a normal clan member.
A clan member is someone who applied or was invited into a clan. Simple as that.
Everyone else is not part of the clan.
That said, If anyone who is a "Honorable Member" wants to become a full blown member, they like all the other members have to go through the loops.
Second on the rights of those who are clan members vs those who are not.
If a clan member has an issue with a non clan member and things can not be worked out between the two parties. The clan member takes precedence. All ways. No Exceptions. Ever.
However, When this occurs I will personally sit down with both parties and at the very least attempt to work it out between both.
Third Recently there has been quite a lot of in-clan discourse over the past few weeks.
This will be handled Similar to above. All parties involved will be sat down in one large chat and we will deal with any issue that arises.
However I would rather you work it out between your selves you'll fucking big boys, I don't think I should have to sit down and say "now play nice."
For my Final Point its on how things work around here.
Back when I started NK with Chris and Duo, Things were simple, now the clan has grow well past its initial expectations. However some people are confused on how NK works, I will now Clarify this.
Any and all Recruitment/Rule Change/Or Important decision is based on a kind of weighted vote. Similar to a corporation in which the CEO has 51% of the stock. All decisions are voted on, Then I make the final decision. This is how NK has all ways worked and will be how it continues to work. all decisions are final and will not be overturned. If you have a problem with how I run things around here you may leave.
