More crits > lower overall damage, like seriously, pulling off a Plasma Rifle shot to the eyes to get a WTFCRIT to deal 250 damage = more win than pulling off successful 32 damage shots on the Enclave

But with L10 + the Slayer perk, finesse is useless because you get a crit on 100% of your hits (assuming you hit, which you will if you have Small Guns up at about 130%)

But fuck Luck10, Intelligence/Perception are more important IMO.

To conclude: People who take Finesse are hung like grand national winners
