If you're a high enough level to get the slayer perk, nothing can stop you anyway, 'nuf said.

dapple is right, slayer is like a lvl 20 skill or something

You get the Adv. Power Armour at like level 13 anyway, and you're invincible after that, unless you get hit by an unlucky critical from a Plasma Rifle, any of the miniguns, rocket launcher or some of the auto 2-handed weapons. A high luck helps to negate the chance of being critically hit.

Oh yeah and by this point of the game you'll probably have like 500 stimpaks anyway. =P
