TL;DR?

So,
i've taken to trolling these noisy hoes on my floor.

Today they were showing off their bad taste in music via a techno remix of some song by The Bravery. I proceed to post "YOU HAVE BAD TASTE IN MUSIC" on their white board, anticipating lulz.

Their response:
"You're a bitch AND You are a bitch. Back the fuck off. If you want to talk about music, come into my office...."

so, i'm thinking about responding with this.

I do not intend to be rude but...

1. "You're a bitch AND you are a bitch" is a tad redundant, along with the fact that you use contractions and then proceed to write out your insult in a more formal form. If you want to appear to have a more formal, refined tone then proceed with the latter half of the statement. If you wish to be more informal and blunt, then use the former half. You can correct your rendundancy by adding in a different insult.
ex: "You're a bitch and a jerk."

2. You tell whoever this note is addressed for to "back off" and then "[...] step into my office." You say you want said person to stop being a bitch however you use instigation and insults in your message, thus implying that you wish to punch your target audience in the face instead and to continue feeding the fire.

3. You live in a dorm, therefore you do not have an office. Since you are referring to a metaphorical office, you shoulf use quotation marks.
ex: "office"

4. You only need one period at the end of your message. However, if you are trying to sound threatening by implying that you are omitting what will happen to the person once they step into your "office" you should try to uses ellipses. An ellipsis (the singlular form of "ellipses") is a row of three periods (i.e. [...]), not four.

5. Also, if you want to be taken seriously, expletives should only be used as nouns. Using an expletive as an adjective implies a weak argument. I'm sure investing in a thesaurus would be quite useful since you seem to have difficulty finding a way to cleverly word your insults.

Whenever I am bored, I always pass by your door for laughs. However the lack of tact and poor execution (though quite amusing) is slowly destroying my faith in humanity. May I suggest a remedial composition course?

If you want to fool your enemies into perceiving you as one with a considerable amount more class, choose not but the latter variation. However, if you aim to simplify your finely crafted, nearly perfected affront. You may also cure the superfluous nature of your insult by providing variation is the latter half.
ex: "You are a fool and a harlet."

I suggest something in this style, you could easily get Kain to do it for you.

I think the straightforward approach w/o your revision is a better fit for the instance.
