It still is somewhat laggy, or rather, when you lag, it's obvious as fuck, otherwise pretty good.

As for bugs, the overall gaming system seems pretty tight, though the friends system (not too significant a portion) is pretty fucking broken.

It gets easier once you know the maps.

Basically, just boost-jump up to the highest point you can, ready the cannon, and it's plain sailing from there on. =D
