Hitting is what make rockets win. Just pray that the person you're up against isn't hopping around like a whore. Good smg wielders will be a problem, since they like to strafe around like mad at the edge of their range, but to be honest, most of the people in the game are retarded and don't play all that well, so you can prolly hit them with more ease. Just be ready to have an alt weapon at the ready, because after firing 4 rockets or whatever, you'd be vulnerable as fuck waiting for the cooldown.
The first part I'd focus on upgrading as a rocket user would definitely be the arms.
